Lawyers’ Fees
SUA generally provides legal services on the basis of individual fee agreements concluded with its clients.
Unless otherwise agreed, lawyers’ fees may be determined in accordance with the applicable statutory provisions. In Germany, statutory lawyers’ fees are governed by the German Lawyers’ Remuneration Act (Rechtsanwaltsvergütungsgesetz – RVG).
Further information concerning the applicable fee arrangements will be provided before the relevant legal services are undertaken.
